I recently spent an afternoon at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, my party was warmly greeted at the bar by Leah, who provided excellent service and guided us seamlessly towards our afternoon tea. Once there, Claire and Jessica took care of us with the utmost professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring every detail was perfect. The level of service we received was outstanding, making our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend Moor Hall to anyone seeking a refined and relaxing experience. We look forward to returning soon.
Visited for a spa day and had a lovely time, left feeling so relaxed. Set in beautiful grounds, the building is kept so lovely, all the staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly. With our package we got use of the leisure facility for five hours, our treatment full body massage, which was amazing along with hot drinks and pastries on arrival and afternoon tea to finish of the day.
Great stay. Room and spa facilities are great. Lovely grounds and restaurant and bar area. Only issue was with diner. Wrong food was brought out and i was made to feel it was my fault. However the issue was sorted and drinks were taken from the bill. We also ordered room service for lunch. Food was great and delivered to the room very quickly. However it’d be nice if they came back to collect the plates etc Would probably stay again.
We came for a celebration high tea. It was exceptional – 1 it was available on a Sunday highly unusual, 2 dietary requirements were met with aplomb. The list of requirements is extensive and they didn't even bat an eyelid - the only other restaurant I've come across this ability is the proper Ivy in London.Hotel highlightsLuxury
Really enjoyed our treatment, and the facilities. Afternoon tea was lovely. We had a mix up with our treatment as my sisters appointment was completely missed despite the main spa reception checking us in. It was corrected however we had lost time due to this. We did also ask for treatment at the same time which wasn't acknowledged either way.
I had relaxing time staying at the Moor Hall hotel and spa. It was great experience and the breakfast and dinner was delicious with plenty of options to choose form with option of halal available either couple of meat fishes. Although, I ordered beetroot and chickpea burger meal, it was delicious . My spa experience was pretty good too.
Staff and location excellent. If you value your sleep and there's a function on its not the place to stay. Music blasting until midnight then drunk people walking around until 1am couple that with rubbish pillows and bed. Still recovering from lack of sleep. I had my children with me so would have liked to be put further away from the noise, wasn't informed when booking either. Visiting family thought it be easier to stay overnight will be driving home next time as for the price its not worth it. Rooms: Tired room for the price. Food & drinks: Food was ok.
Went for a wedding, the staff were amazing and friendly. Very accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and you can walk into the woodland behind as well.Rooms: 5/5
Another fabulous break for myself and my family. My mother is disabled and was accommodated very well. A fabulous meal in the Oak room. The breakfast was great & the staff were so lovely courteous as always. The bank holiday specials are great! Walkability: Great for mobility issues. Food & drinks: Absolutely great
Arrived this afternoon for a one night stay. Price for the room, excluding breakfast, was not cheap but we knew that. However found the prices of drinks and particularly soft drinks high …..pint of soda and lime more than £4….. Then checked into room which is small and in dire need of updating. Looking forward to a swim and sauna, only to find that we would be charged £10 per person per day so decided to abandon the idea. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Shame. Rooms: Very small…..Premier Inn rooms far better.
