Me and my wife just want to thank all the staff at new hall hotel and spa. We spent the night at the hotel after getting married and I can’t praise the staff enough. Super friendly, great sense of humour in the restaurant. The food was delicious, room service was excellent. Beautiful grounds, relaxed swim in the morning.  We will definitely be coming back for another visit, thank you all so much. We loved it  The Johnsons.  Rooms: We had the Rosary suite, very comfortable, large and specious. Nice views of the moat.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hidden Gem last week.  The building itself is absolutely breath taking, it’s not often you see a hotel with its own moat. The grounds were immaculately kept.  Staff couldn’t do enough for you and service was always fast and food delicious.  I also took the opportunity to have a massage at the spa. I have unfortunately forgotten the ladies name, but my massage was amazing. I’ve had one or two before but she made you feel so relaxed and at ease this was definitely the best. Her customer service was brilliant as well.  Over all a 10/10 visit. Perfect little get away for couples and we’d definitely recommend.

My husband and I recently visited New Hall Hotel for a three night relaxing stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and baby to be. We were so pleased with the peaceful grounds, spacious, comfortable rooms and delicious food. We were also particularly impressed by the service and treatments in the spa. Vicki gave me a wonderfully hydrating pregnancy facial and Caroline, a fabulous relaxing massage. Spa manager, Steph couldn't have done enough for us either while we were using the facilities; all three ladies were extremely attentive and friendly. We were greeted by the helpful and bubbly reception team on arrival. Chelsea on reception went above and beyond by delivering a special chocolate plate to our room to congratulate us on our baby to be. This was truly touching and kind, thank you! At breakfast, Lucy made delcious oat iced lattes and was super conscientious at all times. Apo also very kindly arranged for us to have breakfast out on the terrace one morning, which definitely enhanced our stay and Pedro provided complimentary champagne and dessert chocolates at our anniversary dinner. This was all very much appreciated and made us feel very special indeed. We will definitely be visiting you again, we loved it. Thank you so much to all the team!

We attended  a wedding with a disabled family member, Hotel were very understanding and accommodating and really helped us a lot with getting changed between day and evening.  Sarah and her male colleague  went above and beyond to help us, all of our family would like to nominate Sarah  to be put forward for any staff awards or recognition for being so nice and having exceptional  customer service she is an asset this hotel.  Hotel is stunning!

I visited the spa here. Didn't know what to expect. However the spa although small was lovely. I had three treatments, facial, back massage and body scrub all super. The lady was professional and clearly very good at what she did. I then had a wonderful refreshing lunch with champagne and prosecco.Service: 5/5

I booked a table in  the Terrace Lounge and Bar. Three of us celebrated our birthdays, which were close together. A nice touch from the excellent serving staff ,  was  complimentary small deserts, served on a large , decorated plater. A walk around the beautiful grounds was a bonus.Service: 5/5

Visited this hotel this afternoon for drinks. Lovely surroundings, nice pleasant staff, but to our shock the price of a large lemonade £7.00. We were not advised of the fact that they only had small bottles. A costly mistake for us, also not advised of a service charge. This is not common practice when you are just using the bar. So we also gave a generous tip on top. Just be aware of all the hidden costs. I wished we had been informed.  Food & drinks: Not value for money.

Had afternoon tea for my Mums birthday. Pedro was an amazing host, the service was  perfect. Food was great and the setting is lovely. Would definitely recommend here.Service: 5/5

Had a great spa retreat with my wife. Reception greeted us very professionally and friendly. Organised a taxi for us. Room was very nice with good facilities. Spa was brilliant. Highly recommend and will go back.  Rooms: Good facilities. Large comfy bed.  Nearby activities: Spa on site. Brilliant. Small and personal.  Food & drinks: Breakfast very good. Muffins were exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at New Hall Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredible, very friendly and helpful. Every member of staff always had a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble.  The venue is stunning! The room was perfect with everything you need. The spa facilities were also great.  The breakfast was unbelievable! By far the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had!  We can’t wait to stay again and will be recommending it to everyone!  Thank you!  Rooms: Very clean and tidy. A perfect balance between modern while keeping the traditional touches of the venue.
