The food and menu in here is top class. We all went for the Sunday roast it was absolutely amazing. My only slight is that there could have been more gravy on the roasts. Starters where very tasty, even although there was not much room for dessert they looked to good not to have great menu, lovely inside, staff are lovely.nnGreat value for the portion sizes.nnDefinitely recommend booking. Great celebration for my auntie 80th birthday party. The atmosphere was great. My burger is a wee bit dry . All other food is great. Staff friendly, and yes, here I go to the toilets clean . Thank you to all who made this special night a great night
Once again, the Mondo doesn’t disappoint. Exemplary value for money, customer service and food quality. I was here last year for coaching and back again this year. The staff are the same, remembered me and welcomed me with open arms. I honestly can’t rate this diamond in the rough highly enough. My only advise is book ahead, they are likely to be fully booked!!! I wish I knew the names of the waiting staff for breakfast. Absolute credits to this hotel.
Didn't get a chance to take pics of our mains as they looked so delicious we got tucked in. We came to mondo for our first visit for our anniversary lunch, it was absolutely beautiful, can't fault any part of it. Staff were very friendly and helpful , ambience was nice soft and relaxed and food was top tier, we will definitely be back soon
The restaurant came highly recommended and our first visit was enjoyable but we were maybe a little over dressed and felt out of place. Food was lovely though. This being our second visit and it was perfect. We got an excellent table at the window and the Duo of Beef & Steak Pie were outstanding as was the Mint Aero cheesecake of the day surely made from scratch in-house as it was delicious! We look forward to another visit as soon as we get a babysitter :-
