Visited Coatbridge branch today. Had a problem with item in meal deal & cottage pies 3 for 10 deal.
Fiona at customer service quickly & with no fuss dealt with it.
Her customer friendly personality & service went above & beyond what I expected.
Great experience.

m&s usually has got a good reputation for quality products,we went for a coffee,the price for the quality of the coffee was a bit poor,the staff working at the coffee shop would need a good training to make proper coffee ,difference between a latté and a white coffee,and maybe a small design like in some very good coffee shop.nice staff but just need some improvement

Very poor, just left shop no fresh fruit or veg, spoke to a member of staff at fruit department she said fruit was in boxes if I wanted anything I suggested it should be on shelves she said that's the way it is also no newspaper very little on shelves overall a very self service is always very untidy staff are lazy arrogant, no a patch on Fort, I wouldn't go back that's not the first time so poor

Nice choice of food. Assistants very helpful and pleasant.The cafe makes a great meeting place for all who wish to relax and enjoy a coffee.
