Service at this dump is absolutely terrible.nnStaff wouldn't look out of place in a nursery play ground, carrying on behind the counter completely ignoring their duties.nOrdered for table service after 15 mins ended up having to go to the counter and deliver the food to my own table since the staff couldn't be bothered.nNo sauce in the dispensers and no sauce behind the counter either.nNot a single person out cleaning the tables probably too busy enjoying the carry on behind the counter to bother working.nnAbsolutely mind blowing that this place is even making money.
Raw fries. Food laying all over the floor and tables. Staff toy fighting behind the counter. Daughter went to the till to get served and was greeted with a “what?” How about asking how can I help you? Horrendous!
Worst visit to McDonald's. Food thrown across the counter to you. Chips consisted of cold undercooks and the odd burnt horrible. The burger was assembled during an earthquake by the looks of it. Painfully slow. Won't be back here again.
Ordered on just eat food didn't arrive was stuck on preparing food screen for ages and didn't arrive always problems with the Coatbridge one save your time and hassle folks avoid Coatbridge McDonald's at all costs as they basically stole off me i phoned them and the best they could say is they don't have a bloody driver
Waited nearly 1 hour in the drive through, Saturday night at midnight. Looked like one guy working both windows. Very poor service especially as once your in the que you can't leave it so no choice but to wait.
