Service poor didn't give correct change back as they ran out of coins and didn't even offer the change I was due!I had to ask! they just walked away without giving a reason! Toilets very dark lots of lights not working... health & safety issue! and tables a mess had to ask for the table to be cleared the crumbs were wiped on to the seat and I had to clean it myself! The burger I got was cold and when I went up to the counter to ask for a fresh one, the young girl went round to the prep area and said to the person that the woman at the counter said it was cold! And when she came back out and gave me a fresh one she gave no apology the place wasn't busy just ill managed! Poor experience

Visited today. Waited ages for order for 3. Chips stone cold.....another long wait to replace as other people in front with wrong orders. No condiments offered & queue too long to even go back & ask for them. One person serving!!!! even though queue 5 deep! Counted at least three more people with wrong orders & one couple going back to counter three times as order still wrong. Won't be back, will go to golden arches instead!!

Chicken is excellent. I especially like the skin - maybe they should start selling a "Skin Box" ?? I'd buy it. Finger-licking good indeed! Glad I have my extra finger when I visit KFC.

Been trying to phone. Just ringing out. Daughters went in store and orderd 12 piece boneless bucket and bacon burger meal. No popcorn chicken in buckets and chips were burnt and freezing. Not impressed

Staff are constantly getting orders wrong in here. I don't think I've left this KFC drive through once where I've had everything I ordered. Check your order before driving away. They often give small or medium drinks when you order and pay for large. Or don't give any fries when you order a meal. It's too much hassle having to go back and wait in another 30 minute queue to resolve their mistakes. The only reason I go here is because the KFC at Kirkwood has even worse service.
