Gabi the vet is excellent we wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. Bella and Roxie are well looked after by his team. Polite helpful receptionists and all round a great team
I joined Molly & Max before Medivet took over, they were wonderful. Since Medivet took over i felt like my concerns for my pet were brushed off, they had a know it all attitude without even listening. Whenever i questioned all the medications they wanted to give him i felt slightly ridiculed for even asking. On one occasion, knowing my pet had separation anxiety, they left him unattended during ‘observation’ before a treatment which resulted in my dog giving himself a heamatoma. It does feel like other reviews state ‘a money making factory where they just help to mask symptoms and not treat the underlying issue, keeping you coming back over and over’ raking up major costs. Since leaving this vet and trying an independent vet clinic my dogs’ underlying issues has been identified and treated and now has not had any issues since. I do not recommend this practice.
Unreliable… They cancelled on me 40 minutes before my appointment for my pet who is traveling to Europe in 3 days and needs travel documents. Most of the time, I am okay with that veterinary practice, although they really like to add as many services as possible to rock up prices. I would suggest doing your research
Very poor customer service. My dog was in the clinic for the arranged time to have his surgery and no nurse or VET to help with the check in. The receptionist was so rude when I requested a nurse to go through the surgery procedure I was in tears with the way that she treated me and she actually hates dogs. Despite attempted to kindly asked the other receptionist who arrived an hour later and again she was even more rude and disrespectful. Finally the VET arrived but I was so disappointed and worried about the well being of dog and so one other ex customer who just came to buy food suggested that I should go to Pickles another VET clinic in Fulham. She said that Pickles would be able to help me in a more respectful manner. I left with my pet and no explanation or apology....yes and expected bill would be £850. NOT ACCEPTABLE disgusting service.
All vets are very nice and kind. They provided excellent care to my cats. I am super happy with the practice. I have two cats registered there. Best treatment and care.
The team at Parson’s Green Medivet are brilliant. They always take great care of my dog, explaining things in an easy to get way and showing incredible attention to detail and very attentive.
A year on after our dog passed away from the advice of this Medivet. This felt like a factory, they pushed us to make a decision on surgery and showed us no sympathy when our dog was on his death bed. We feel our dog would still be alive had they not pushed us, this is a money making business don’t be fooled. They made us pay extortionate amounts upon his death. Don’t go here.
We moved to London from Philadelphia in mid-June. Unfortunately by early July, one of our labs needed surgery and I hadn't even finished unpacking much less found a vet! I solicited recommendations from folks at the dog parks, and landed on Molly and Max due to proximity. Spencer and I walked in on a busy Monday morning without an appointment and Hannah at the Reception Desk greeted us with a friendly & welcoming smile. The team was very professional and by some miracle I was able to procure a "same-day" afternoon appointment with Dr. Clare Lambourne. I was instantly impressed with her compassion and expertise. Dr. Clare was thorough during Spencer's evaluation. She likely prefers a more conservative surgical approach, but agreed that Spencer needed surgery and she scheduled him at her earliest opening which was very reasonable. Dr. Clare did an amazing job and Spencer's recovering like a champ! Her follow-up and post-op care have been excellent. I honestly feel like the whole office loves my dog as much as we do! And really - isn't that what it's all about? They give "good vibes" and although I hear they may be "more expensive" than other practices, I can't put a price tag on the health and well being of my fur family! I can't thank Molly and Max and Dr. Lambourne enough for all their help!
December 2020 update My poor dog ripped her leg open and medivet were amazing.They operated on her that evening and did an amazing job. Caring and efficient. Thank you to the whole team. I've always had a great experience at this vets and feel my 2 dogs are well looked after. I appreciate the parking outside as well. The team are friendly and caring.
I took my pet here, in my opinion they are quick too run up bills and over exaggerate the treatment plan. They owe me money after over charging and will not reimburse me £200, the bill £1800… I find this not professional and dishonest, I will be using my credit card company to get my refund… I had a few friends this happened too, so I’m not the only one that had this issue… The past owners were amazing, now it is all about running up funds. Pickles vet are so much nicer….
