Excellent and consistent level of service every time. Having been a driver for the last 10 years I have used several garages in Milton Keynes. However since discovering MK Autocare a few years ago I have stuck with them since then. This is due to the trustworthy and honest nature of the people that run this garage. Also the reliability and very competitive prices for their services. Highly recommended!

We wanted to check a car before we buy it. They asked for a car’s key and took it. The receptionist guy told us we have to wait because they are busy ( we had a time appointment) in 40 minutes we asked whats going on. He told us it is a very nice car and it hasn’t got any problem it will take 25£. We paid it but when i asked him what they did with a car he can’t say anything. I asked him for a bill or a service paper, he told me they would send our e mail address but they didn’t send anything. In my opinion they didn’t check anything but ask for the money. Very dissappointed, never ever go back!

Kept the car always longer without explaining the work and big cost beforehand. 
Had to chase them 2weeks over phonecalls and emails for them to give me one month old invoices and a list of issues they found out magically after my first car health check up 3month after (they never give me the list). 
Not trustworthy. I don't recommend.

Excellent garage! Staff really helpful and patience. Their prices are also really good. Had a really bad experience with Halfords but I am glad that I discovered this one. Do not hesitate to go there!
