Had a new windscreen fitted today by Keith, an extremely conscientious and capable fitter. I was welcomed into the office, given a coffee and sat with a good television and some up to date magazines to keep me occupied while the work took place. I could view the progress through the massive glass wall dividing the waiting area and the workshop. Both areas were immaculately clean. A very impressive outfit, and the completed job was as good as new. I can only give them the well deserved maximum score.

Friendly staff and a clean airy place to wait while they work, parking available and easy to find and get to. However, when removing my windscreen, they didn't protect the paint work so scratched it down to the metal, not impressed

Appointment booking was quick and efficient, with friendly staff over the phone. However, the work carried out from the windscreen technician was not considered as professional at all: 1. Plastic chips were left all over on the dashboard without a clean, I had to hoover it myself. 2. Body paint on the joint between roofhead and windscreen was chipped when carrying out the work - unacceptable! 3. The whole part at the bottom of the windscreen near the edge shows distorion of light, showing a non-uniformity of the glass affecting driving at times when you look down through the glass especially when checking the distance ahead when parking. I apprciate this is a replacement glass and usually won't be as good as the orginial glass's quality, but glass being non-uniform itself is not acceptable.
