I had my car booked in with Deutsch Tech last week and just wanted to say what a brilliant service I received. The service adviser Angie was very friendly and very helpful, she kept me updated with the repairs which were required so no hidden costs when I collected my car. I also met the owners whilst I was there Ben and Lenny lovely guys. It makes a pleasant change to be dealt with as an individual not like the main dealers where you are just a number. The cost of repairs were also a fraction of what the main dealer quoted I would definitely recommend these guys. Helpful, friendly and value for money what more could you ask for.

From the moment I dropped my keys off with a lovely lady called angie who was very polite friendly and very knowledgeable to the moment I collect my bmw I was very well informed with what work needed doing . Great bunch of people who love what they are doing I wouldnt take my car anywhere else . 5*

Excellent customer service from everyone that works here! I would never take my car elsewhere. Organised and very reliable which is so important when it comes to my car !

Only 2 stars. Work done for MOT in June 17 did not match my observations when I was doing DIY brake overhaul on the vehicle over Xmas (only 70 miles later). Email requesting clarification of my observations and another question was not responded to. Shame as they appear genuine BMW enthusiasts.

Cant recommend the team at Deutsch Tech enough. Its really hard to find a garage that will do the right job for you and at a fair price. Service is always excellent and the quality of work is second to none. Dont pay main dealership prices when you have the guys at Deutsch Tech who will do the same job, if not better.
