We stayed here for 2 nights over the August Bank holiday weekend. We had breakfast included. The staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient stay for us visiting family. The music ended around 11.30pm, so if your looking for an early night's sleep this isn't the place for you. The rooms could do with a refurb, the beds were old and not so comfy. It was cold in the room, and hardly any hot water from the taps.
Lovely pub very friendly people the only bug bare I have is the walk up the hill and the steps from the train station luckily the pub is at the top of the steps but then you got to walk up another hill to reach the town centre but it is a lovely town centre but yeh miners arms very nice pubService: 5/5
Went to a birthday party and really enjoyed it nice room and very good bar staff excellentRooms: 5/5
Great, lively and friendly pub with good food and accommodation as well. Not personal stayed there but friends have and been well pleased. I only live 5 minutes walk away so use it fairly regularly and visiting friends stay there.Service: 5/5
Stayed for 3 pints and used the darts and the pool table, very reasonably priced, friendly staff and quick service.Rooms: 5/5
Good pub with a friendly atmosphere. A couple of pub gardens, which include play equipment for children. Noteworthy details: Kid friendly pub garden
Miners Arms was a lovely, classic, honest to goodness british pub! The folks were very friendly. The pub is very large with lots of different rooms for fun, the perfect place to host any kind of get together or just drop in for a pint. Rooms: I've only given 3 stars for the rooms . They were clean and quite nice especially for the price. It is a pub so there is no going to bed until the party is done.
Been here before but just a flying visit this time. Nothing really changed. Very friendly staff, good selection of ales & a great atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit. Rooms: Last time I stayed it was for bed and breakfast. Great service, friendly staff & a knock out Full English. Walkability: Close to Morley station but the shortest route is up a decent flight of steps. Not for the faint hearted or those with mobility problems. Food & drinks: As mentioned above great breakfast with all the trimmings. I believe food is available at other times but didn't get the chance to partake.
NOTE: I did not stay here. I visited for a drink while waiting for a train. Choice of 2 real ales. The staff were really friendly and I enjoyed my visit to a calm, relaxed pub. Last time I visited this pub was over 25 years ago. It has changed, but for the better!
Really friendly pub with a good size menu. Great homemade pizza. Small kids menu but no baby change that we could see. They have a few high chairs and a lovely little play area out the back. We'll be going back!
