Crosskeys Hotel
"A friendly, historic pub serving fantastic beers, brilliant wines and great fresh food, from "the best damn burger i've ever had in this god damn country -Tylers dad" to our cracking Sunday roasts. We have 12 keg lines serving everything from Paulaner to Verdant, 4 cask lines featuring Roosters & Acorn plus guests. Our wine list features 50 wines all served by the glass ranging from every day drinking to that something special for the right occasion or Wednesday as we call it. We've a massive and delightful outdoor courtyard for those warmer days. Just a quick stroll from the train station it's the perfect spot for a drink with friends, a delicious meal or a pre match pint before a stroll to Elland Road. A warm welcome awaits."

A good distance from the city center, less so from the main train station. So if you’re just arriving or waiting to head out on a train, this place is maybe worth the walk. A cool little pub in a clearly gentrifying area. Interior is rustic yet modern. They had only two of the four cask handles active. Not to mention at £5 a pint this was the most expensive beer during my Leeds trip. Service was spotty. The guy was friendly and welcoming. The Jersey Shore looking girl acted like she’d rather be anywhere else. Which is cool, just leave your laptop at home or maybe even stay home rather than bring your misery to work and project on other people.
We were visiting Leeds for 4 days and stopped in for dinner. We've had drinks here before on previous visits but never food. It didn't disappoint. Nothing fancy, just pie and mash chased with gin and tonics. Decent selection of cask and draft beers. Friendly service and clean toilets.
Amazing experience here, visited for a blues night recently and the Louisiana themed menu blew us away! Great night, awesome food and fantastic staff, what more do you need! Looking forward to going back to try the new menu!Food: 5/5
Called in for a quick pint, guy behind the bar was welcoming and they have a good selection of beers on draught and bottles, including a good selection of Belgian beers. Will visit again if I'm in LeedsService: 5/5
Very cosy little pub with a roaring fire tucked away behind the train station. We took my mum here for Sunday lunch today and had a great meal. Food was flavoursome, well cooked and nicely presented. Service was super friendly and efficient. Being part of the North Brewery Group they have a good range of craft beers. Would highly recommend for Sunday roast!
Lush pub food. Proper beer. Great atmosphere and music. One of my favourite places in Leeds. Fish n chips was huge. And the burger was too quality. Staff super friendly and helpful too. Big old recommend
Amazing food, delicous and generous portions. We got fish and chips and Seabass. Fantastic service, friendly efficient staff. Lovely outdoor seating area. Very cosy inside too. Relaxed ambiance. Looking forward to coming back soon!.
i don't think it's any surprise that the ales/beers in here are absolutely spot on. but i just wanted to shout about the pies, too! this was one of the hot pies that they serve at the bar as opposed to something from the menu. it was absolutely gorgeous. ended-up having one with my first pint & another with my second! steak & then chicken. really beautiful flavoursome pie, packed with fillings. a match-day essential if you're heading to elland road!
I've always used this pub as an "post-drinks" place for the Northern Monk beer festivals - Unassuming from the front of the pub, but never a disappointment for the reasons I visit, always has a great selection of beers on cask and various keg beers on offer, great selection of craft beers - especially a very well kept stock of Belgian Lambics if you fancy sharing a bottle with some friends. Staff are always welcoming and good for a chat when things are quiet. I've been there until closing a few times, and I would say the staff are definitely very patient with the beer nerds like me hanging around!! So thanks for that guys!! Good size beer garden out the back. I can't comment on the food as I've never ordered
As I read from another review online: Great Pub, Average Grub. The Cross Keys has a lot of charm and character, with a wide variety of drink selection and tentative staff. However, our Sunday Roast was, regrettably, disappointing. All four of our meals were rather cold, and the portion sizes left a lot to be desired. One meal only came with one parsnip and a small amount of cabbage. The meat portion sizes were also small for the prices asked. Hopefully this was a one off, as this lovely pub has so much potential!
