Awful company. Ordered some cutlery 6 weeks ago and have heard absolutely nothing from them. Won’t respond to email or answer the phone. Do not order from this company. Feels almost like a scam.

Order not arrived. They claim they have sent it two days ago but Royal Mail have not received it according to the tracking number. I have emailed Milly's Store and not got a reply plus they do not answer their phone!! I'm not impressed with them. 
UPDATE: Yesterday 12/04/2018 Hermes not Royal Mail delivered my order from Milly's !!!!!!! I was very surprised as I have been told by a company on the same trading estate as Milly's, that all their shutters are down on their premises and the landlord has changed the locks (presumably he has a beef with them). I was also informed that someone had driven over from Ireland to collect a £3k order only to leave empty handed! So I am not entirely sure what has happened to Milly's but it does not bode well.

I've previously ordered products from Milly's and been very happy with the service. However I recently had to return an item for a refund and despite them having received the item back almost 4 weeks ago now I have not received a refund. I've tried calling and emailing, all to no avail. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of communication.

I ordered something several weeks ago after using this store before but this time they have not replied to a single email although I get a read receipt. the phone rings and rings as thought no one is there. I can only presume they have gone bust BE WARE

im not sure about this place. I have ordered some knives from the site a week ago. Since then i have not heard anything about dispatching the product, the web site is down for maintanence and all phone calls have gone unanswered. I think I should be worried.
