Just purchased some rare parts for an old central heating system at a very reasonable price! The guy behind the counter was polite, we had a quick chat he gave me some advice and he double checked I had the correct parts, he seemed very knowledgable. Highly recommended.

Excellent and friendly service. Was given helpful advice, tools and support so that I could fix my domestic plumbing problem. This store will be my no.1 go to in the future.

Really disappointed at their attitude.  Will never use again.  There's another DIY shop on Littleton road and another on Bury old road anyway.  I popped in to ask if they had a clear sealant as our kitchen sink needed some around the edges. The asian guy immediately pointed me to the more expensive one. I asked if they had any other version and he responded that the one he'd recommend was the best one I said ok, but do you have a choice of any others? Then he pointed out another for nearly half price but said it'd only last for 12 months or so.  The point is that if a shop owner will automatically try and sell you the most expensive option rather than giving you all the options upfront so you can make an informed decision yourself, then that borders on being a con-merchant.

Not just plumbing supplies but handy for most building supplies .. great staff really helpful and Knowledgeable about everything plumbing also good for contacts if you require a plumber builder or general handyman
