Appalling. The wrong blinds delivered and l had left the shop without a copy order.The fitters were great and assured us that the matter would be rectified and that they would leave the wrong patterns in situ until new blinds were made.Sadly the manager has gone back on her word and says the fault is ours and has demanded more money to rectify her clerical error..Avoid at all costs

We've had custom blinds fitted throughout our house, the service at the time was incredible and the blinds have since been up for three years with no issues.

Absolutely shocking service 
After receiving our first qoute for blinds we decided to go ahead with our order, when they came to re-measure one of the windows was massively incorrect, due to this they wanted to add £200+ to our original qoute even though this was their error. After negaotiation they decided to give us our original qoute. When phoning up to pay for our order the order form was then incorrect and  important details we wanted for our blinds was missed, when this was highlighted they wanted a further 20% of the total balance!  Appalling service would NOT recommend

I wasn't sure what style of blinds to order but Jamie was really helpful with his advice.

I have white perfect fit and white wooden venetian blinds fitted and they look fantastic.  Visitors to my house comment on how great they look.
