Went in a while ago for a contract, was brushed off by the staff member who found it more important to take a personal call arranging going out that evening, had issues with my phone and phoned up to enquire about if I have insurance a couple of times and rarely answer phone.
I've always found them to be helpful.
Had to replace faulty phone after just one week and they refused to replace the screen protector I had bought elsewhere giving different excuses why. Customer services are just ignoring me.
