Good offerings, same as you would expect. The young lady on the til I chose was cool as heck, very pleasant, the couple in front of me hardly spoke English, she was patient, and never stopped smiling. Good car park, at that time of evening, but I imagine it must be hellish at peak times!
Standard Lidl but usually has good stock availability. Staff are nice enough too. Only problem is that it gets very busy and often takes a long time to get through the checkout even if you only have a couple of things. It needs more checkouts open.
Got served by Black Ethnic woman on the tills today, I brough to the tills 8 petit white roll bread costing 0.27p each, three cans of condensed milk each 0.85p plus 0.40p carry bag, after she scanned all of the three different items, she demanded i pay £9.98, i checked on the screen, she added a pack of ovocados even though I did not have a single ovocado in my basket, when i challenged her why there are ovocados in my invoice, she panicked and mumbled words i could not understand!! Then thats when she took it off and charged me the right price. She must have overcharged other unsuspecting previous customers she served, what she did was Fraud and she should be prosecuted for it !!nSo be carefull when shopping at this Lidl my beloved shoppers, they could be over charging unsuspecting customers to increase their profit margins !!nShame on you Lidl !!!
I asked a member of staff if they would be opening a till, to which he walked off and said not right now, even though he could see it was busy. I had three items and there were lots of people lining up. It is like this most times I go.
Great store but please consider your elderly clients when putting things through your till. Please give them time to do their packing and be patient whilst taking payment. We will old be elderly and vulnerable one day!nCame in today with my 82 year old mum.
