This place has really improved since i last visited. It is under new management which i believe has a lot to do with the huge improvement in service level and food quality. It is still a typical pub grub place but having clean tables, reliable service and correctly cooked food was aomething that eluded the previous manager and staff so well done to the mill house staff. I can recommend the burgers and the curry sauce... makes me hungry just writing this

Lovely staff , price is very good for the quality of the food , bit of a long wait even for a basic starter but overall pleasant and enjoyable experience will def be returning. Update march 2018 Returned once again to Mill House Food quality just as good , service even more friendly than last time and very pleased to say Service was fantastic and received food in record time Will be back again soon

Great place for the family with the free soft play area. Also a great place for couples or large groups. Service and food always good.

Overall not a bad place, food was alright and reasonably priced. Was fairly quiet when we went. Booths are comfortable but has that good pub feel. Menu is fairly varied. Staff seem friendly.

food was edible, That's the best I can say for it. 40 minute wait from ordering to eating, I imagine the kitchen is as understaffed as the rest of the place. The soft-play is the absolute worst, nothing wrong with the facilities but it evidently is a place for functioning alcoholics to ditch their spawn while they go to the bar and top up their blood-alcohol level. There is a big sign that says "all children must be supervised", I was the only parent in the room with 8 other kids that weren't mine, knocking ten bells out of each other. You can't blame and establishment for their clientele, but the lack of staff can't help.
