What a wonderful old pub! Wooden beams, log fire, lots of seating nooks etc. Staff are very friendly. Even had a wondering peacock strutting around outside! Would highly recommend to those visiting the charming town of Corsham
Surprisingly spacious and busy establishment with a brilliantly quirky layout. Managed to squeeze us in for Sunday lunch, which was lovely the beef was amazing. Several ales on tap, along with a log burner made it a perfect autumnal retreat.
Lovely lunch here today. The pub was quite busy but we managed to get a table for 2 in the main bar area. Great, friendly service. We had the homemade soup to start which was delicious, and shared the mushroom arrancini which was really nice. Small fish & chips was perfect for the main. All in all a great pub with lovely warm atmosphere and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
Just got back from a wonderful Sunday roast at the Flemish Weaver. My wife and I both had the beef which came with cabbage, carrots, french beans, parsnips, roast potatoes and the world's biggest Yorkshire pudding. The beef was beautifully rare and we can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
Really good pub with a great look and atmosphere. Good selection of ales and spirits. I didn't have food but the food coming out looked excellent. Log fires, however unfortunately weren't lit when we were there even though it was cold enough. Staff are friendly. All round top tier pub.
Very friendly pub and decent food.
A lovely interior and exterior, this is a very old pub. the beers very good. Four stars only because their opening times can be a bit irregular
A very old and quirky pub in the centre of Corsham, the food was very good indeed. The staff were efficient and very welcoming, it was very busy and they worked hard and pleased everybody, I think. Well worth a visit!
The food was delicious cooked to perfection. Service fantastic very friendly and welcoming. The chef went above and beyond for my very fussy child thank you so much. I'll be back.
Under new management and they whole place has been transformed. Warm and cosy with a lovely landlady. Food was gorgeous and really good quality. Would definitely recommend.
