Fantastic coffee spot at the Victorian Market in Inverness. There are lots of places that do a nice brew in town, but this is one of the finest. Exemplary latte art and a perfect tasting flat white pictured from their own roast supplied by another local business. They also sell incredible cakes that you'll need to leave room for after any meal. Friendly service, top coffee and a unique setting make this place a winner. An absolute must for coffee lovers in Inverness.
Peter was an absolute gem. He gave us tour guidance and places to see and eat. His bakery fare was of the highest quality. Coffee was definitely worth the money and fixed perfectly. Best to his family wife and sons. Bill
A nice wee coffee shop, great cakes and coffee. This place was recommended to me by a staff member at coyotes as there coffee machine wasn't working and I'm very glad they did. There selection of cakes is really good with lots of different ones you won't usally find. I had a role cookie and it was very good and k wanted to try many more of what they had hopefully will get the chance. There coffee is Also good and they have a good selection of these. If your wanting a coffee and cake this is definitely a good shout they have a few tables but not many but it good for a take away. 5 stars would recommend!!
Very good coffee blend! We had the Flat White and the Cappuccino and they were both excellent!
Best coffee so far in Great Britain. Had to have a 2nd cup. Very friendly guy. Well worth this foreigner's Australian trip into the centre of town.
Best coffee we've had in Scotland so far. Had to order another round. Barista is a top bloke and any place that knows the difference a long black and americano is worth stopping in. Sad we weren't staying long enough to go back.
I can never fault The Milk Bar. The owner and the staff he has working for them have such a positive vibe to them. They are always genuinely happy to make you a coffee, it also happens to be the best coffee roast in Inverness.
Great espresso and coffee shop within the Victorian Market away from the noise of the street, but still feel like you're sitting on a terrace. Delicious milkshakes. Had to come back two days in a row. Also a good selection of organic teas, organic sodas, and baked goods. Locally sourced and lovingly served just as their sign says.
That wee milk bar, at the river, what a spot. Not only does the heed barista, Ben I think his name is, serve THE best cortado, his banter is a solid 11/10 most of the times. Wouldn’t get my brew anywhere else tbh.
1st visit yesterday with a friend - friendly welcome. Lovely soup, cake and great coffee - in a cosy environment, welcomed on an autumnal day. Will be back and will share visit with family and friends. Parking: Closeby Wheelchair accessibility: Access into milk bar vg and also the toilet facilties suit. A family member has mobility issues and finds a chair with arms helps. Don't think I saw any but with help should be ok.
