So far so good. Nurses are kind, and compassionate with my 2 toddlers. Have always found the reception staff to be friendly and considerate.

Waiting time here is a joke. Reception staff don't seem to understand the concept of why people come to doctors.. need a flu shot but may have to book a different appointment.. oh and hour long wait for my appointment.. all the tech here and they can't tell u that they are running an hour behind.. never changes here always a delay

shocking service this surgery's phone lines don't open until 8.30 I've been calling since 8.30 exactly and it is impossible to get through all i want are test results. I have registered with this surgey weeks ago I had to go in 3 times before i could even see a doctor. I took all my daughters previous notes in to be scanned, was told they were, when finally i was able to see a doctor I was told they didn't have the notes..
