Not very good doctors and impossible to get an appointment in good time

Although the doctors are OK themselves and the nurse is great trying to get through is a nightmare. There phones are never on when they are meant to be. It's 8.45 am now and phones were meant to open at 8.30. Same at lunch times. Lines closed 1-2 but so many occasions iv run past 2.30 and they are still closed.

I had the particularly bizarre experience of trying to register here yesterday, only to be dissuaded by the receptionist. Not sure if it was because I'm white and my husband is Asian, because we have two kids and maybe that's a bit of a hassle for them or perhaps because I had a disability and so would have routine appointments.

Very bad tried to get an appointment today (06/06/16) only to be told none until 29th its not an emergency but I can ring tomorrow for a emergency appointment for in the morning when I at work makes you sick oh no!!!!

Transferred our family here. First impressions are very good after seeing the nurse for registering and a doctor who was personable and reassuring.
