Very unprofessional practise, regardless of which branch they give you an appointments you still going to main branch ,where they treat you as mouse lab. Had my blood taken for tests they even don't have any record of anything. Had have several issues with complete Bridge water practices and never been resolved. * someone give you a appointment when you attend no one knows about your appointment . And it doesn't make any different if you go an SEE thire GP still the same they just trying different medication on you!! simply they don't know the anything . about reception is another roud and unprofessional bunch of people and .... If you want honest advice DON'T REGISTER WITH THEM ITS JUST A MONEY WASTING PLACE FOR NHS !!!
I have been a member of Coach House Surgery for over 25 years. First in West Watford and then at the North Approach Surgery. Unfortunately since they have joined forces and become Bridgewater Surgeries the level of service has declined significantly. I am all to aware that they want to move most things online however apart from a few members of the admin staff nobody seems to care anymore. Such a shame
This is the best GP I have been to since moving to the UK and I can't recommend this GP enough. My son got seen quickly when I called the surgery and ask for him to be checked. The receptionist is very friendly and I never had a problem getting an appointment for myself, my husband or my son even though I work long hours the receptionist has always been very polite and helpful in finding us an early morning or late evening appointment to meet our working needs. So far I have seen two different GP's at the surgery and both have seemed to be very professional, friendly and polite. I felt that both GP's had good knowledge of my medical condition and I was well looked after. What a lovely surgery.
