Horrible communication between management and delivery/collection staff! There was a similar review left by ‘JayJay’ My landlord purchased a washer and dryer machine from this company who without asking for model information delivered the wrong machine. After not hearing from them for a week, I called and was told they “tried to come and deliver the correct machine but I was not in” although they called to never arranged a date and time with me beforehand?! Once my new machine was installed I was told by the two delivery men that they would arrange for my old machine to be recollected within the next day before 6pm.... that came and went, I had stayed at home all day and no one came by. I later called the owner a bit frustrated to which he repeatedly apologized and assured me that 100%, without a doubt the machine would be picked up that day between 6-8 pm. Again that day came and went, no one rang my doorbell and and I received no phone call explaining there would be a delay. Now I have tried calling again and again for an explanation and am being ignored. Horrible service.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very friendly and honest people. Got a hob and oven, they delivered the item in time and the installation was at a good price as well and in time. Products were good price as well.
