Terrible place, we sent our phone to be repaired, they broke it there, they came and asked us to have it fixed again, literally the next day, they said that we broke it ourselves, they replaced the original screen with some cheap one from China, nothing works, does not respond, terrible workers!Also, my mother-in-law had the phone repaired instead of just taping over the button, which fell off the next day and didn’t work. We came to them. In the end they were unable to fix it and broke the phone completely. We ended up having to buy a new phone.They charged us £30 for a button that cost £4 on Amazon because they broke it themselves and wanted to rip us off some more money. These are literally scammers who do not provide any supporting information about what they had and when things are broken they say that they will not return the money and do not want to help in any way, but ask to pay again. I literally want to request a service review for them because the way they behave towards their customers is disgusting.
He simply breaks the phone, cheats people out of money and does not issue any confirmation coupons for the purchase of certain goods and demands money from above. They break equipment and don't fix it!

Sent my phone for a battery replacement. Paid £35. Phone came back with faulty GPS, Bluetooth and Wifi. Been to the store over 5 times to get it sorted and got told that I should pay an outrageous £60 to fix an issue which was created by the store. Totally nuts! Found out my motherboard was actually damaged during the battery replacement. Had to get a new phone because this incompetent store can't even replace a battery without completely stuffing my phone up. Absolutely useless. Recommend using a professional company if you plan on fixing your phone instead of this bunch of amateurs.

Went with my gaming laptop to fix the space-bar key. They tried charging me 50£ for repair. A whole keyboard is 10£ on ebay I offered to sell the laptop, they wanted to buy it for 80£. Avoid, they are literally scammers with an LTD. Avoid at all costs. The 4.5 average review is most likely a scam as well, they have all their acquaintances here with 5 stars.
Just superb. Been coming here for years. Friendly, trustworthy, super reliable. They’ve been great at extending the life of my iPhone and I’ve used for laptop repairs too. Highly recommend.
