The had to return 3 times to sell a console. Staff couldn’t tell me any of the requirements between software updates and ID checks until it was to late. The staff here need training in the customer service and the rules and regulations to which they operate.!

Bought a second hand game from this store yesterday and when i took it home, the game was not working and it said disk was unreadable ( it was rise of the tomb raider- ps4 edition). Came back today on the 20th of september and asked the guy it wasn't working. He told me that I should delete game data as it does that with new games too. Tried it when I returned home and I had no issues so far ( played 4 hours of gameplay). Thanks to the guy that was working today at around 9:30am, he deserves a raise. - Helpful and talkative staff too

Had alot of stuff I wanted but last time i went a staff member started making gender related comments as I was a woman looking for a game, was unnecessary
