Nice Boots inside the mall. They have a lot of meds, but if you go to buy make up is a mess. The shelves are almost empty and you can never find what you are looking for.

You have to call several times before they answer the phone. I made an appointment for a travel vaccine, but l am made to queue. Then I am told I don't have an appointment even though I made one and even confirmed it earlier in the day. Finally she does the vaccine, reads my notes then asks why I look nervous even though it says in my notes injections give me panic attacks, how to make it worse. Gives injection, is really painful, the last one at a different boots I didn't even feel it. I would not recommend coming to this store for travel vaccines, especially not if you are nervous about needles.

Just one world - horrible! I have to waiting 15 min for antibiotic for my son, ok, I wait, after I go to reception, the person tell me I have to wait more 15 min, because one of the lady go in the lunch. That it's too much time for waiting!!! My son need that antibiotic, and I have to wait 30min someone to finish the lunch!! I ask for recipe and, and finally received the antibiotic! But... The antibiotic not was done, just put the powder in bottle and when I ask what happen, they set to me I can do the rest, for them that it's normal! Never no come back there!

Used their electronic prescription service which is supposed to save time because the prescription would be ready up pick up. Went there, they took a while to find my prescription from the system only to be told "that's fine, come back in 15 minutes". When I came back, I was told to queue again. I queued again, they found my name on the computer, picked up the pills from the shelves, put them in a box and walked away without telling me what's going on. Stood there for another five minutes not sure why the delay. I had to interrupte someone to Complain in order to get my medication in the end. Oh and manners are dreadful. I started off super cheerful, response was rude, when I became less smiley, response got ruder. The only person with good manner is a pharmacy advisor who came in later and sorted out my prescription immediately.
