Amazing place for some fun time. However prices can be very high! They don't serve food after a certain hour which is a shame as their hot dogs are very good. 
The bowling alley sometimes breaks and you have to wait a long time for it to fix itself. So if you buy the alley for an hour the time will go to waste while you are waiting for it to get fixed.

Needs to be updated like so many have said. It's falling to pieces as it stands. A complete revamp and some more staff would turn this place into a nice experience. I wouldn't mind paying extra for a better experience so I think the money invested would get returned overtime. The drinks at the bar were also foul, which was the main reason we left early, I ordered a Pepsi that seemed more like Pepsi Max and it came in a barely sustainable papercup, that was about 3 quid. Refreshments make a place for me. I tend to go to the cinema simply for the refreshments but I most certainly wouldn't do that here. I'd love to see some money and elbow grease put into this place.

Shocking customer service, run down bowling facilities, desperately needs a makeover. Food is OK but nothing to rave about. Hard to find a ball that's suitable especially when busy due to very limited amounts.

It wasn't great. We paid £33 for two games of bowling and unfortunately too many basic service standards were missing. The room was cold which made it uncomfortable. There were no hot drinks as they weren't serving them from the bar and the vend machine wasn't working. The bowling balls were old and a number of them were chipped. The pins would regularly fall over on our lane without us bowling a ball (lane 3). There were too few staff on a busy Sunday afternoon and you could tell they were stressed as there were no smiles or pleases or thank you's. We had planned to stay for a bit but because so much was wrong about making us feel relaxed and ready to enjoy ourselves we instead finished our games and left. We'd rather travel to another town to play next time than have to endure another visit. Shame.
