MFA Bowl Leeds

Don’t come expecting anything special, just enjoy the bowling. We came on a Monday so got unlimited games for £7 per person (cheapest you’ll find in Leeds). The bar has cheap drinks (a 4 pint pitcher cost between £11-13.50) and is open til 11pm/12am depending on the day. We didn’t go to the toilet so can’t comment on that. Saw other people didn’t have enough balls on their lane but we had quite a lot. We were allowed to wear our own shoes to play as well which is nicer than borrowing old bowling shoes. All in all had a fun time and will definitely be coming back for boozy bowling.

Building looked derelict. Technology best compared to the Stone Age. Painting and floor work from the 90’s not in style but the degration. The pad to enter names and start the game were not visible and the icons had been scratched off making a simple 2 minute staring process last 20 mins. Staff were unhelpful. Decent price but not good enough to warrant the lacklustre performance and the derelict look of the building.

Phoned up the day before to book a lane for me & my family to have fun in the hollidays i asked the price over the phoned was told its £2 a game so i said great thankyou booked. Turned up the next day to be told that it isnt £2 a game & was very dissapointed as we couldnt enjoy 2 games as we were told different over the phone bad communication & rude staff not happy at all.

Had a great time here. I went with few friends and we enjoyed a lot. Price per game is not high and there is bar inside.

This is a good place to bowl, the service is fast, affordable and the place has a nice retro feel to it. However, the staff make getting coins for the arcade hard. I lost 2 pounds because the dancing machine had broke, the guy over the counter said he would call me back to return the the money. He didn't. Overall this place is worth going, but the management could be a bit more organised in my opinion :)
