Staff were so lovely, the place was clean and we had lots of fun! Not busy at all even on a Saturday! What’s not to love about hollywood bowl!
Lovely staff all smiling and happy , great food service and clean tables straightaway. Very friendly atmosphere , staff work hard and the manager was part of the team throughout which is lovely to see . We had a lovely latte and kids meal with starter sharer. It was a great place when we had my daughter's party couldn't praise them enough.well done xx
Amazing experience with my autistic child. Young blond man and manager lady sorry can't remember names were exceptional in their service. Very understanding to my needs and provided a fantastic experience. They found us a nice quiet lane. No sweat. I hate bowling and Hollywood but my daughter had the most amazing time. 10/10 service.
Came for a birthday treat on the play and eat deal. Absolutely brilliant, food was really nice, staff were friendly, place was clean. Staff were helpful when the bowling balls got stuck and fixed the issue quickly. Games in the arcade were brill too.
Our lane kept breaking down, and the one next to us, but the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Halfway through our second game we were moved to another lane and upgraded to a vip one. We went on a Wednesday, it was a bit busier than usual, because school's were on strike, but not too bad. Daughter absolutely loved it. We were emailed a 50% off voucher for next time too, which we will definitely be using soon. We have been before and had food, it's alright but I would say if you are going to eat out definitely order somewhere else.
Great venue. Plenty of fun activities for family and friends. We had a great game of bowling and you can order food and drinks at your bowling lane from your phone. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend you treat yourself, your family, your friends for some great fun
Place looks alright however in need of a quite a bit of work to make it more presentable. And I think they could do with extra pair of hands since it can become busy and you will have to wait for a bit to be seen. Fairly priced, good for small birthday treats, food is alright as well.
This place is very tired. We took 4 of our grandchildren to bowl. The facilities are OK for kids but the lanes are poor, the mechanism misses pins on pick up and drop, the whole system is very tired. We had to manually raise the bumper bars each time one of the children required them. Staff tried to help but there were too many things going wrong! Shame.
Loved our visit. My daughter and her boyfriend had the best time. The waiter food guy was super nice and helped us everytime we asked. Nice food and value for money.
Had a works do here the staff 100% couldn’t be more helpful and friendly!! Matt Steph Brad sanj & dag took care of our big group and made sure we had a good night thanks so much guys!! Especially Matt he was so nice to all of our group they really made us feel welcome at Hollywood bowling
