Clean and not over crowded. Staff seemed to be running around a lot with little actually being achieved. This left customers waiting longer than necessary. Veggie sticks in children's meal left much to be desired but the Nachos overcompensated. Milkshake was overpriced for what you get.

I'm in two leagues at  Hollywood bowl nice friendly staff good service can't fault the one at Bolton five star rating

Came in on the 05/03/2018 at 14.30. Found the woman at reception very rude and not helpful at all. Ive been a customer at hollywood bowl for many years and never been so dissapointed. I requested student offers i usually purchase and her response was unhelpful and was not willing to help. Unfortunately this has upset me as a customer and did not like her attitude. Dont think il be coming again

We love Hollywood Bowl as it's a good fun couple of hours out for the family. When we attended this time we had a few issues with the lane we were in as the barriers kept getting stuck so the children couldn't play. The staff were fantastic and upgraded us to the VIP lane which unfortunately also had an issue as the bowling balls didn't come back to us when we were playing. Again, this was dealt with with the utmost professionalism and we were moved to the other VIP lane. Fabulous staff and great customer care. There is also a cafe here which serves things like burgers and hotdogs as well as a bar serving all kinds of drinks.
