"CrossFit Anam is a family owned gym, founded in 2013 and based in Toomebridge, Co Antrim.It is our mission to help people of all fitness levels change and improve their quality of life through our community based strength and conditioning fitness programs.We offer a wide range of services including CrossFit, SWEAT45 BootCamp, Kids Programs, Nutrition Coaching, Team Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training.We also offer Remote Online Coaching to individuals and teams.Our 16,000 square foot facility includes a large Functional Training area, Member Lounge, Strength & Conditioning suite, Private Training room and spacious Male & Female changing areas and showers."
