Can’t believe I wasn’t allowed in the free weights area just because I’m not 16. I came to train seriously, not mess around. Other gyms let younger people in as long as they’re responsible, but here the staff were extremely rude about it.nnOne woman with big lips was especially disrespectful and acted like I didn’t belong. They even brought over the manager and made a big deal out of it, like I was causing trouble. When I came back another time, they just kept staring at me the whole time.nnRidiculous rules and zero respect for people who are genuinely trying to improve themselves. I won’t be coming back.

A great lication for the cheerleading event we attended. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only gripe was the parking was restricted.

So many services under one roof, squash, badminton, a gym, sauna, swimming, and membership is a steal.nnAlso today tried the stadium facilitiesnnFor what is a small town Antrim  has amazing facilities the stadium running track  listed as the dog park for some reason is outstanding.nnFull 400m running track, long/triple jump facilities, discus, javelin.nnAlso onsite toilets and changing facilities and vending machine facility for drinks.nnAlso this is included in the Antrim forum membership  £5 for non members I believe nnCannot recommend highly enough

I am in a walking club on a Wednesday morning.  I am a disabled and I find when I go to get a parking space some of the spaces are already taken by people who has no badge displayed. This is a common complaint I hear from other drivers as well. I know they are signs displayed but some people do not adhere to the rule.nHope this matter can be addressed.nAngela

Great gym since its refurb.  The Technogym equipment is amazing. The option to complete pre-recorded workouts on the cardio equip and have video visuals of locations such as mountains and city strolls is a great addition.nnThe family membership good value if you have young kids, and use multiple facilitate such as the pool and Spa.nnThe new changing rooms at the pool are a good job too. Most staff are friendly, and the scan to access is a handy feature also.
