There's a cool play area indoors! The swimming was great and the food looked/smelt delishious! The prices weren't bad, but kids wanted Mc Ds. Get there in plenty of time to get parked. Saturday visit

We went for the toddler swim. It was amazing from start to finish, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The whole place was clean and well maintained. The baby pools were heated lovely and our kids loved every minute. I would strongly recommend on price and experience

We werent able to enter the pool even tho we had travelled an hour to get there we had booked and were all exited to go swimming we told the receptionist our details and rold us we werent aloud to enter the pool due to lack of adults but it should not allow you to continue booking on children if there is not enough adults we asked them to asses us but we had 2 10 yr olds who are fhe best in the country and swim for leeds they refused to let us enter the pool and maynotbe returning i also think if you are going to keep the policy youhave itshouldbe better or you should NOT let people co tinue booki g kn under tens if there isnot enough adults they where not being sivile theywere being qoute   Rude and i think its an absolute joke i will not be returning until i see a change in the policy thats why i have fiven u a 1 star reveiw.

We went to the new Adventure Reef play area today. Was very clean and the staff were friendly. The sensory room was very much enjoyed by my son! One thing I would mention is it was very chaotic with a lot of older children running around and not really paying attention to their surroundings in the baby area and sensory room. I felt quite anxious when two boys came charging over pushing one another near my 11 month old. I had to move him away from the soft play which was intended for his age. Another incident was an older boy around 10 years old was bouncing a ball really hard that came straight for my friend’s baby in his pram at force. Luckily the child stopped it before it hit the pram, but again, it was a little daunting seeing a ball charge towards a sleeping baby. I appreciate it’s the first day and it’s school holidays but I would recommend either having a warden to keep an eye on children in the play area whilst parents sit and have a chat. Or make parents aware that they are responsible for their child and must keep an eye on them to ensure everyone’s safety. Big or little children. I will definitely come back, just when it’s a little quieter so I know there’s more control over children in the baby areas and sensory room.

Visited here on the 2nd October to celebrate our toddlers birthday and the entire family was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The building is warm and welcoming; the seasonal display in the entrance cafe is adorable and the staff are polite and approachable. The family changing rooms are very convenient and kept to a good standard. When entering the pool, was pleased to know it was a good temperature and the entertaining features in the children’s pool were such a hit. The little one was smiling from ear to ear the entire time and we had a great family swim. To finish off a lovely day out, we had warm drinks shout out to my amazing oat milk pumpkin spice latte and food at the cafe. Lola stood out amongst the staff working this day; she was so polite and accommodating of our dietary needs- the little one has multiple food allergies and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and all carried out with a smile. Thank you for an amazing day out!!
