We had a great time bowling here today, 9 of us over two lanes, over 5 people require two lanes apparently. Cost circa £59.  You can order drinks and food to your lane via the QR code and table no. Free WiFi available.nLoad of new arcade games and ticket machines for kids to win prizes.nnThere's a sports bar area also and they show various sporting events.nnGood experience and we all enjoyed it  great to see this place constantly renovated over the last 23 years...

The amount of staff that work at this place is shocking, only one person on the bar, one person on reception, i understand that this is sometimes the case for when staff go on breaks etc but the poor girl on the bar looked rushed off of her feet. We come her quite often and every time it’s the case, we once played a whole 3 games and not once did someone come and clear our table to get rid of the food that was left from the previous people, even when i asked a member of staff, it was off putting to play with food going cold in front of us, not to mention the fact my boyfriend has a severe peanut allergy, it’s a good job there was nothing containing peanuts left. I always enjoy the bowling and the atmosphere but they really do need to think of staff, for a customers point of view and the staff members themselves.

If you go here,make sure you collect everything you take with you, because apparently, there is no direct number to get through to them to ask a simple question.nMy disabled daughter went today and left something behind,  but they would have to email the venue to check, which would take three working day, what an absolute joke.nA lot of what you expect from such a large outlet, is customer service, unfortunately, that doesn't exist here. Wasted my time calling.

Cash machine said my card wasn’t valid for the machine, No knifes and forks for food even though it’s very unsanitary with lanes sharing bowling balls. Extremely long wait for a basket of chips which were anemic and very hard inside. If you enjoy living I’d suggest avoiding food from here and not forgetting the weak tasteless pints.

I go here all the time, I absolutely love the place. The staff are lovely, the food and drinks are great, the place has so many things to do and the music as well as the lighting makes for a fun experience.
