0 starts (but to be able to post a commentary i have to put 1) for the Wood Green franchise of Metro Bank. Enormous lack of respect for the customers in all levels. We really believed in this bank as a best match for our new company. But the service is almost a joke, we had to go three times to realised how far they are to be a professional company, they lie to you and the receptionists make strange commentaries about seeing you the day before. Definitely joining other bank is the best option if you are a community interest company. Still can't believe they name themselves the social enterprises bank

Terrible service. Staff talking\chatting amongst themselves instead of dealing with the customers. Absolute lack of respect to others time... This branch does not deserve any star.

The staffs are very ignorant to customers. They are very busy chatting themselves while keeping you wait for no reason.

I always look forward to visiting Metro Bank. The staff always pat me and give me Metro Bank doggy biscuits. However my owner looks really unhappy today. He's been sat around for half an hour and not much seems to be happening. It's not even that busy..

Very bad customer service staff are very slow at the desk had to wait 24min to cash out some of my damn money the queue was long there are 3 staff members at the cash- in desk absolutely slow taking forever to deal with customers, the girls (staff) always chatting away with one another and giggling , this seems like a social club not a damn bank very unprofeshinal don’t recommend this bank at all aviod for disappointments. P.s no name tags on the 3 women which makes it even more alarming and obviously why they are providing lack of customer service
