I have been here a couple of times, this is the worst service I ever had in a bank. Staff make customers waiting while the have conversation with friends. I have been bounced from a customer advisor to another one for more than 20 minutes and then left in a sofa waiting for someone who never showed up, so asked what I was waiting for and someone indicated the same person who was talking with a friend laughing. I wish this Barclays would as professional as the one in Cambridge where i used to live. It’s embarrassing how same bank treat customers in a different way...

I had accidentally locked my card Saturday morning, got to this bank in the early afternoon and was seen to very quickly by a helpful member of staff. His name was Ali and he helped me unlock my card in about twenty minutes with no fuss. I was very surprised and pleased with the good service I got on a weekend afternoon.

Much better customer service than the branch next to wood green station. Helpful, they know what they doing.

Poor service, under staff, big queues. They need to hire more people, if you need a service on weekend you have to be prepared to wait hours at the q. I do not recommend
