Went to visit a relative and had the misfortune of coming to this bank. Such rude staff, even the manger look fed up. If you walk towards the end of the high street you can get better service....

Is an extremely buzy branch and rhe queues are intolerable. The staff tries it's best but the are overwhelmed with the number of customers. The location is very convinient next to the wood Green underground station. I dislike waiting to use the atm machine here as there is no protection from the rain.

Poor standards here. Extremely understaffed, leading to long queues and waiting times. I've been waiting here for 20 minutes now to see someone that can help me and the only person working currently isn't able to. This gentleman was also very rude and sarcastic. I explained the issue with my situation, which in order to resolve would involve my account details. Yet instead of simply asking for it, he responded with "so do you have anything with you, details maybe?".

Had to print out some statements and get them stamped, staff was helpful and polite.

Was told to queue for machine and after 20min when I asked how to get stamp on statement they said to wait another queue. Left because I didn't have that time anymore
