If there were 0 stars or even minus points i certainly would give them that much .
Wood green is a busy place and this branch simply cannot meet the demands for such amount of people. 
Their immediate deposit points are constantly out of order. Ques galore. 
Really fed up with this branch in particular. 
The staff really try but simply not enough of them. 
Busiest time for banking is usually midday. Well guess what? Their staff are out on lunch at precisely THAT time.

I wanted to proof my make a payment and just because they wanted to close the branch 5 minutes earlier they asked me to leave. Kenzie Perry was talking to the customer service representative and knew how long I was there. Zack is a nasty manager who enjoys abusing people. If he knows your address or your personal details you are in great danger. As soon as I left the branch someone with his accent called and did not say much. I am now encouraging every customer to either talk to Lloyds Bank or leave just to preserve their dignity.All disappointed customers are encouraged to organize a rally against this branch to send a message to the Top Leadership of Lloyds Bank.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE...AND THEY DON'T EVEN CARE.  LLOYDS SHOULD STOP THEIR GLOSSY ADS AND CONCENTRATE ON CREATING A BETTER ENVIRONMENT AT THIS BRANCH.  COMPARED TO OTHER LOCAL BRANCHES, THIS ONE IS BELOW ACCEPTABLE.

The staff is absolutely incompetent. Each employee gives different information concerning the same issue. I've had to visit the bank multiple times, which is a complete waste of time, money and energy.
