Appointments, even when you phone 2 weeks in advance you can never get one on the day you need. Even when you have a couple of days to choose from. Either needs a new appointment system or needs to stop taking on patients. Gave 2 stars instead of one because the docs that I have been able see at the surgery have been good and can't be faulted. Just can't get an appointment with any of them.

I phoned the surgery yesterday from half past 8, I got through at 8 40 and there were no appointments! Phoned today for half past 8 again got through at 8.50 and yet again there was no appointments!!! I then asked if I could have a repeat prescription and she said it wouldn't be ready until Friday. Lucky I'm not dying, but I do need attention for a prescription because I need what I need!!! I find this atrocious that they will attend to people outside of the building first but they will not answer the phones! They have probably given all the appointments away to wafes and strays when their is geninue people out there needing an appointment!!! Absolute joke of a surgery
