I really don't understand the bad reviews.nSure, you can be 25th in the queue.nThe surgery has a call back system.nThis surgery absorbed another one. It's incredibly busy and yes, if you want to see a particular Dr. You will most likely have to wait. If not, they will do their best for you to see a Dr.nAll of them in the surgery are super busy.nIt's a for free service. It's remarkable we even have it and free prescriptions.nGo get ill in the USA and see what happens.nWe don't die because we can't afford the medication or the surgery required.nSure, there are long waiting lists for many procedures. It doesn't help when get fit nutters need hip replacements at 40 and below.nThere isn't a financial insurance charge which doesn't cover the entire process.nnWe are one of the luckiest residents of a country that dies its best to help our health.nnBe patient and be polite. Being rude to the front line staff doesn't make things happen any faster.
Should only give 2, as trying to get appointments are dreadfull at times and to even get them on the phone is mentally draining, but if it wasn't for the odd doc and some of the staff I'd wouldn't be going back lol
Slowest management ever and no matter the issue it’s “book an appointment next week and we’ll see then”
Absolutely amazing doctor’s surgery! Everybody I have been to see has been very friendly, understanding and professional. I LOVE the appointment booking system: I will take a 20-30 minute wait in the call back queue for a same day appointment over having to wait 10-14 days for a phone call appointment.
Muiredge surgery is brilliant, doc platten has done more for me in the last year than all the other surgery's I've been with, and he always has time for you, he discusses everything with me regarding my medication, and the staff and all the nurses are brilliant, nothing is to much bother for them
