This used to be a good surgery, but has become a chaotic shambles since recently moving to a "New and improved" mode of operation. Repeat prescriptions - used to be able to ring up and order these, but has now gone to an "online only" service. I submitted a request which was not fulfilled - surgery claimed to have never received it (which was absolute rubbish - I had a confirmation email). Just now tried to ring to complain\resolve this issue but nobody is answering the phone. I moved from England a number of years ago and was impressed by how well Scottish GP surgeries are run. Muiredge noew appears to be following the English way of doing things....

Absolutely terrible attitude the woman had on the phone, so rude! And never had to tell my problems over the phone to the receptionist!! Should be completely confidential!!

TERRIBLE would have gave it zero stars but 1 is the minimum.never get thro on phone.wen u do,can never get an appointment and if you're lucky and successful getting one.....then b prepared to wait an hour longer than you're appointment time!!!! Think all the appointments are kept for the daily junkies!!!!!! Not the folk that hardly go and only go when needs must!

I started phoning at 8 o'clock never got through they shut for dinner at 12 o'clock got through just before 12 o'clock muiredge surgery is closed now
