Alison at the reception is just a Star!!! Friendly, very helpful! Really caring! Alison, hello to you from London, Natasha and whole team of mine! Even we were coming back just to crush to our beds, Alison still managed to make our stay very pleasant and welcome! 
Simple but clean rooms, food at the restaurant is nice! Special hello to a lady from the restaurant, who organised my birthday drink and a pair of slippers( 😅) 
It was very pleasant to stay there! Thank you girls for being amazing!

Stayed for a wedding. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Room was clean but bathroom door showed lots of signs of damage at floor level. Metal kick boards would be a good idea.

Came here as part of Ford training course. The place is excellent. Every staff member I spoke to were very polite and professional. The room was more than adequate. Very spacious and comfortable. The all you can eat breakfast was delicious with plenty on offer, including tea, coffee and juices. Cooked breakfast, fruit, cereals or just toast if you prefer. Fast track check out was great too. Thank you so much.

Stayed overnight after a wedding. Was a nice hotel although showing signs of age. Couple of negatives were that despite asking for a cot in the room and being assured at check in that there was one in the room, we got there to find a double and a single, so our eight month old slept in between us in the double; and at breakfast there was no normal tea bags as there hadn't been a delivery. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Really nice hotel. Staff a well mannered and know how to keep a customer happy. Everything is spotless
