Reviews

Bought a car from Mercland between Christmas and New Year. Within the first month the car developed a major fault with the rear air suspension. I contacted the garage and to be honest was not very hopeful as we lived over 400 miles away. The garage asked us to bring the car in though this would have been at our expense as the warranty did not cover getting the car to the garage. With this information I was expecting to have to fork out a few hundred pounds for the car to be trailered back to the garage. However after a few days the garage called and offered to send the parts required for the repair and also fully pay for a local mechanic to carry out the work. Within the week we had the parts delivered and the car taken away and delivered back repaired and valeted. So for any strangely negative review I would like to balance the score by giving Mercland top marks. The car we bought was a major investment for us (it is the most I have ever paid for a car) but when compared with similar ones at other garages and even Ebay it was an absolute bargain. In summary - great price - great service.  So impressed I registered with Google so I could write the review!

Wonderful, these people are great.  They couldn't be more helpful before the sale and after. Pete is great and was very helpful when I had an issue and got it sorted very quickly.  They could not be more accommodating with lovely coffee and the cars are decent quality and fair prices.  Go and visit, I bet you buy a car!! :-) Karrie

Decided to go back to Mercedes ownership and saw a nice SLK at Mercland,  from my first contact with them through to the final handover they were amazing. Jamie the salesman is a credit to the team not pushy but able to answer every question I threw at him. Picked the car up today and a few bits I had identified that needed doing had all been attended to plus a few others Mercland had found prior to handover, the car is perfect and drives like new such is their attention to detail  and customer satisfaction. Very rare to get quality service like this these days definitely the best I’ve ever had whilst car buying even when buying cars 10x the price of what I spent with Mercland. They will definitely be my go to place for future purchases with a buying experience as good as this

I didn't buy a car from here so I can't comment on that. But the great range of lovely cars they had were fab.
