I bought a C43 AMG from Mercedes Giffnock at the end of April. It’s now early June and I can now say I’m happy with the car. It’s now in the state it should have left the garage in a month ago.nnSince buying the car it’s been back to the garage 3 times. Twice I was left without a car,  the third time I lost a day off work and I had to cover the costs of returning the car myself.nnThe service team are letting the side down big time here. Since I’ve flagged the issues the sales team Jamiehas been doing what he can to rectify the issues which is why I’ve given 3 stars.nn for sales Jamienfor service.nnPhotos changed to reflect the final state of the car.

I had an amazing experience at Mercedes Giffnock! Lewis and Andy went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of during the handover of my new car. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly service made the process seamless and enjoyable. Bought a car for my mums 60th. Originally went in for a pre owned car and ending up getting a new one for a really good price. Cameron has been our salesman and has been so helpful and friendly. Sale has been smooth from start to finish. Excellent customer service.nnWe were bringing my mum to collect it as a surprise and they set up it all up with a cover on and had a bottle of champagne in the passenger seat! Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks Cameron
