I came from London last wednesday to collect a ford that i had won at auction. my booked time slot was for 1pm however i had arrived an hour and a half before due to the long distance and over planning for traffic.nnat the reception was a lady called Molly who was really helpful and was able to slot us in about 5 minutes after i arrived instead of having to wait the whole hour and a half. this was such a nice gesture which she didn’t have to do but she did and for that reason alone i give 5 stars. the service overall was amazing and i am very happy
20/05/24 was having a day from hell and was late by a long time through no fault of my own to my appointment.. after being hung up on twice and being told by members of staff there wasn't anything they could do and my 570 mile journey was to be a compete waste.. I encountered a gent who was only on his second day and the absolute ANGEL that was Sharon!! You honestly have no idea the appreciation I have for the pair of you.. went over and beyond and turned my terrible Monday into one that won't be forgotten in a while! The forklift drivers are the worst amongst all coparts .nThey only have a couple of cars to load at a time , yet you have to wait an hour .nWhat are their managers doing?nIt's been few times the same thing happens to me and other recovery drivers were complaining about the same issue
Copart East Kilbride my wife was in a car accident on Sunday 28th April our car was taken to auto rescue in airdrie, I called auto rescue to make arrangements to get our personal items from our car, I arrived to find our car had already been picked up by Copart and taken to East Kilbride no one had the decency to call us and let us know I phone Copart who made it as they were doing me a favour to let me access my vehicle, I arrived at Copart East Kilbride and went to reception, I was told that they would bring my car out to the customer car park, they did using a forklift, I was told that I had to tell them what items I was removing remember this is my car not theirs, I asked why someone had been removing items from my car I was told they didn’t total lies I will explain in a minute the seat covers from the rear seats had been removed and put in the boot, i removed some personal items and the receptionist asked what I had removed remember this is my car. I asked again why they were in the car to remove items she said they didn’t never mind that all my wife’s cds were missing, anyway I told her I was considering getting my car removed from there premises, her answer was astonishing stating I will call the police and get you charged with theft what an idiot who doesn’t know anything about the law, the vehicle is still mine not theirs if anything they are the ones who are thieves, any way let’s get back to the lies they stated they had not been removing items from my car firstly the rear seat covers had been removed then the receptionist said I have paperwork with your details on it that was removed from my car remember they stated they hadn’t been in the vehicle these items were in a sealed envelope. I asked if it was ok to take some photos off my car I was informed no due to data protection haven’t a clue as my vehicle was brought to the public car park and placed where no other vehicles were . They couldn’t get back into the compound quick enough in case I got it uplifted. Stay away from this company they are thieves
