I collected my car today and was overwhelmed with the service from this branch of Arnold Clark. I was helped by three sales people Paul and Ali and another brilliant member that I have to apologise to as have forgotten his name but he also was faultless in his assistance..nThere was also 2 managers that went out there way to make collecting my car a special experience .nI can truthfully say that my experience at this branch had been my best I have had in 30 years of buying cars and will definitely buy from this branch again . We bought our new Renault Clio today. Des Moran was our sales consultant and he was so approachable from the start. He was friendly, yet professional and took us through all the processes, showing his experience. He took time to go through the car technology, which was very helpful. We are delighted with the service and our new car.
Having gone to another AC dealership to look at a different new brand of car and having had a shockingly bad experience, we returned to this branch at Hillington. We had already bought another vehicle earlier this year from here and found the whole process from start to finish outstanding. From the moment we walked in and met with reception staff, we felt comfortable and relaxed with the welcoming friendly chatter. We were very quickly led through the process we arrived to pursue and found, again, that all staff were equipped with knowledge of their products and that they were respectful of our need to discuss and decide. The manager, again, supported our consultant Cameron Pirrie and us to get the best deal possible on our choice of new car. Cameron was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and professional and is an absolute credit to the branch. They did so well to pull together a deal to suit us all. We collected the vehicle this weekend and are absolutely delighted with the purchase. Cameron expertly guided us through the cars controls and features before wishing us well along with his managers who took the time to thank us for our business. We will definitely be back at Hillington Arnold Clark to see Cameron about purchasing our next car.nnThanks again, Julie Gerrard

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, but Product Specialist, Ryan Murray, made our whole experience of buying our new Renault 5 Electric both enjoyable and stress-free. Ryan’s detailed knowledge of the car was particularly helpful and he went the extra mile by showing us the “midnight blue” paintwork on his own car when there was not an equivalent vehicle in the showroom ….. and helped us decide that was the colour for us. He guided us competently through the process of transferring the private plate from our trade-in to the new vehicle.nnDelivery day and the unveiling was pure theatre and the new car looked stunning and well worth the wait. His walkthrough and tutorial of the car controls and infotainment system was comprehensive and his patience and professionalism was impressive. He went the extra mile and emphasised that should we have any further questions once we’d been driving the car for a while, to simply contact him directly.
