The same level of service was provided during the service. The vehicle was gleaming like a new car when collected. All the staff were great

Paid a vist to Evans Halshaw at the weekend with my son who was looking for a new car, we had a very pleasant experience there, the car he was interested was waiting for him to test on arrival and looked better than it did in the pictures. After a couple of hours with a fair part exchange agreed and all the paperwork done, my son drove off in his new car Not what he was expecting to do on the day.nI'd like to thank Jason the sales exec' for explaining everything clearly as we went along and who made the whole experience very pleasant.
Inquired initially a week ago, spoke to Gary; as I live 250+ miles away, I needed a few things confirming before putting down a deposit. Despite providing my details, there was no reply for the next two days. When following up, I was informed that Gary had just taken the car for a wash and would send over the details shortly, yet there was no reply for the rest of the week. Two days ago, I spoke to Scott, who assured me he would pass on the message and have Gary contact me, but unfortunately, there has been no reply until today. Overall, the lack of communication and common courtesy from Evans Halshaw Car Dealership, particularly from the gentleman at East Kilbride, makes it clear that seeking assistance over the phone or online is not worth the effort for potential buyers.
