My friend and I were there yesterday for lunch. There were 2 lunch offers available - a choice of 3 tapas or a 2 course 'pub grub' dea both set at £6.95 which seemed like a great deal especially in Merchant City! The regular menu was also available. In the end, we chose the 2 course offer. We noticed that the waiting staff seemed a bit grumpy and the waitress who served us simply made a half attempt to smile and asked us for our order. The starters and mains sizes were okay sized. Food was mediocre. Salad did not look fresh, chips were bland and 'floury' and the coleslaw which came with the burger was a tad too watery. After we were served our mains, waiting staff did not ask how our food was etc. and it took ages for the bill to arrive even though the restaurant was quiet!
Went there on Saturday and the staff said there was a 30 min delay on food despite the restaurant being empty. The staff was extremely unprofessional with the bus boy acting extremely obnoxious and complaining to the waitress about his shift right in front of us. The food was mediocre as well. I will warn my friends not to come here.
Went here on Saturday lunch time. We chose the pasta of the day, the catch of the day and the meal of the day lobster and potatoes. It took 1 hour and 30 to get served, NINETY MINUTES!!! Lobster was overcooked, burnt. Get a ridiculous 10% off as an apology. Obviously that was not our best time of the day.
Although some of the dishes are not typically Spanish they are good and tasty. Portions are quite big and their 2 course lunch menu is really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Went there for my partners birthday on Saturday night. Atmosphere was good. Food was brilliant and staff were excellent. 2nd time I have been there and will be going back soon.
Food orders weren't quite right and there was big time gaps between courses but we were a big group. Food was decent when it came.
Worst meal ever..nothing authentic..sangria horrid and staff even worse, will not be bavk and wouldn't recommend. Really poor
Not good, booked table, waited a long time on food which came in dribs and drabs and was not nice, overall exceptionally bad experience
Not to recommend. we waited to long for being served. The service was not really friendly except from the lady at the entrance. And the dishes are pretty small for the price.
Food Could be better, beware, when we went to pay the credit card machine would not work ? we had to pay with cash.
