Rioja is an exciting, contemporary, authentic Spanish tapas restaurant with a busy late night cocktail bar in the vibrant area of Finnieston.

Taking its name from the famous Spanish wine, Rioja offers diners a chance to sample a mix of truly authentic classic Spanish dishes and tapas with a modern twist. All the dishes are expertly made by a team of Spanish chefs, using only the best quality ingredients sourced both locally and from Spain.

Great food. Lovely staff. Will definitely be back. Should have listened to the staff, Couldn't eat all our tapas. Eyes were bigger than our bellies.

The food and wine were delicious, but the head waiter who spoke to us first was quite unfriendly. Not very welcoming

Had the seafood paella from Rioja at Cranside Kitchen, it was tasty but substandard. No mussels, just prawns and squid. Quite expensive for what it was

Place is quite small however, food staff and cocktails were great. We will be back!!

We are actually not from Glasgow but we always like to come here before a concert as the food is amazing and it is so close to the SSE. Really nice staff as well.

Really enjoyed our experience here. A bit of Spanish helps though cos this is proper authentic. We were very pleased we stumbled across it

Delicious tapas, nice drinks. Been here a few times and seems to get better each time.

We went for some drinks and had some fancy cocktails. The place was pretty busy. It's small, dark and crammed, but cozy.

Great tapas, and very good veggie/vegan options. I am neither and I enjoyed them. The coconut ceviche was a surprise delight.
