Lovely place. Great for a picnic or. Just to take 10 minutes out.

Nice patch of green in Edinburgh where one can relax and take a break after all the sight seeing and shopping in this wonderful city!

Drinking alcohol is prohibited in the garden, but no one cares. Sometimes you can feel like in a pub. This is disgusting. This is my only negative opinion about this place. In summer, the garden is full of people who rest there. It is clean.

Nice monument in middle of St Andrew Square.

Lovely place to unwind and grab coffee

St Andrews Square is a nice park in the New Town side of Edinburgh.  There is a Costa there for those who want a coffee and a bite to eat and plenty of seating around the park.
